Training is a vital and required part of employment for every USPTO employee. Training materials and
instruction are tailored to each employment role.
Enterprise Training Division
Our Enterprise Training Division provides consultative services and works to address training and
organizational development needs. All enterprise-wide training efforts are planned,
administered and coordinated by the ETD. We work with the various business units within the
USPTO to design and implement training that meets their needs and the overall objectives of the USPTO.
We’re also open to managers and employees as a resource on training and development.
Learning Management System
The USPTO Online Learning Training Center is a state-of-the-art e-Learning management and delivery system.
The site hosts a variety of learning and developmental services such as online courses,
testing and skill enhancements. It offers direct access to the courses available to USPTO
employees, and one central place where you can keep your contact information up to date, register for
classes and manage your class schedule.
